How to request a Withdrawal

In order to request a withdrawal, access your account and click on the 'User' icon at the top of our page. Click on 'Withdrawal' next. Having done that, you can select your payment method, specify the amount you wish to withdraw and finally confirm your request. On that note, just let us remind you to withdraw to the same method, which you used for your deposit as well. This is to ensure a fast and successful processing of your request.

How can I see my Transactions

Should you wish to see all your transactions at a glance, you can do so by opening your personal transaction list. Therefore, just click the 'User' icon on the top of our page, select 'Transactions', and you are ready to go.

Can use multiple payments methods to deposit and withdrawal?

At Lightning Casino we apply a strict closed loop policy, meaning, once you have used a specific deposit method you will only have the possibility of using the same payment method for future withdrawals and deposits. This is to ensure highest level of security and AML. Should you wish to use a different method for future deposits and withdrawals we ask that you contact our support who will assist you accordingly.

Where can I find my Pending Withdrawals

If you would like to get an overview of your pending withdrawals, you can access a list of said transactions by selecting the 'User' icon and clicking on 'Withdrawal'. Just let us say that all withdrawals, which get approved in the meantime, automatically disappear from the list.

How to cancel a Withdrawal

In order to cancel a withdrawal, access your account and select the 'User' icon at the top of our page. Go to 'Withdrawal' next. A list of all pending withdrawals will appear. If you see a withdrawal, which is not processed yet, you can easily return it by hitting the 'Cancel' button. Once a withdrawal is approved it cannot be returned anymore. Further, it will also disappear from the list of pending withdrawals. Nevertheless you can do a new deposit anytime in such case.

What to do when my Deposit does not arrive

Depending on your bank provider, it may take a couple of minutes until funds arrive on your Lightning Casino account. If your deposit did not arrive after a few minutes, this should be checked by our team. In this case, we kindly ask you to get in touch with us via email or live chat.
